While Trerice is not required to report to the SEC (and as such is exempt from Conflict Minerals reporting), we still believe it's important to perform the necessary due-diligence to ensure our supply chain does not include any Conflict Minerals as defined by the Frank-Dodd Act

Trerice expects our suppliers to only source materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers. We have taken action to ensure that our suppliers provide the necessary documentation for compliance.

As a conscientious member of the manufacturing community, we believe going beyond what is required should be a critical part of any "Best Practices" program.

To that end the following is Trerice's position with respect to Conflict Minerals Compliance:

"Trerice will never knowingly use conflict minerals and will continue to insist our suppliers do the same".
